How long does shipping take?
Ships in 1–2 business days. US: 3–5 business days. Canada, UK and Western Europe: 7–10. Everywhere else: 10–14.
How much is shipping? Do you offer free shipping?
US: free over $150, $12 under. Spend $200, get $30 off. Spend $300, get $50 off. Every order comes with a free PHOLOH bag.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Price and delivery time show at checkout. For most countries, duties are paid at checkout. Free shipping is US only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Your tracking link comes in your shipping email. It may not update until the carrier scans the package.

Yes. Set prices apply first, then free shipping and the $30 or $50 off. All automatic, no code needed.
Can I use a discount code with these deals?

What's your return policy?
14 days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, tags on, and send back everything that came in the order, including the free bag. Exchanges and store credit are free. Card refunds have $9.95 taken off. Damaged or wrong items: no fee. Final sale: hats, accessories, jewelry, underwear, socks, items over 40% off, and anything marked Final Sale.

Email info@pholoh.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. Free label, then a replacement, store credit or full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email info@pholoh.com right away. Not shipped yet: we can cancel it or fix the address. Already shipped: it becomes a return.
How do I know my size?
Every product page has a size chart. Compare it to a piece you own that fits well. Between sizes? Email us. Exchanges are free.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Some pieces come back. Tap Notify me on a sold-out size and we'll text you.
What payment methods do you take?
All major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Shop Pay also lets you pay in 4.
