How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days, and the rest of the world in 1 to 4 weeks. We usually ship the next day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Express shipping is added automatically at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Always. Your confirmation email has a tracking link that works worldwide.
What's your return policy?
14-day hassle-free returns if your piece shows up damaged or wrong. Exchanges are open too (a $15 repackaging/shipping fee applies).
How do I start a return or exchange?

How do I know my size?
Every product page has a size chart with model measurements. Pieces run true to size, so size down if you want a tighter fit.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Rarely. If enough people ask we might bring it back, but once it's gone it's usually gone for good.
