How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders land in 2-5 business days, worldwide in 1-4 weeks. We usually ship out the next day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yep, worldwide, with express shipping auto-applied at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Always. Your confirmation email has a tracking link that works worldwide.
What's your return policy?
14-day hassle-free returns if your piece shows up damaged or wrong. Exchanges are open too (a $15 repackaging/shipping fee applies).
How do I start a return or exchange?

How do I know my size?
Every product page has a size chart with model measurements. Pieces run true to size. Size down if you want it fitted.
Do you restock sold-out pieces?
Rarely. Only if the Pholoh Society asks loud enough. When it's gone, it's usually gone.
